Takumi Armchair
Takumi
Inspired by the Japanese philosophy of mastery and precision, the Takumi Chair embodies the art of balance between industrial design and handcrafted elegance. It represents the meeting point of creativity and engineering, resulting in an upholstered chair that’s both sculptural and functional.
Design
The name Takumi comes from two Japanese characters: “taku” (skillful) and “mi” (to see) together symbolizing the essence of craftsmanship. This concept is reflected in every curve and line of the chair. Its circular steel structure, painted in refined or vibrant finishes, supports plush upholstered elements that can be easily disassembled, restyled, and renewed ensuring enduring beauty and adaptability.
