Nestled in the heart of Abu Dhabi’s bustling business district, we had the privilege of furnishing the new location for Mara—a popular destination for coffee, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Our mission was to complement the brand’s inherent simplicity while enhancing its welcoming and contemporary vibe. We carefully curated furniture pieces that harmonized with the neutral color palette, minimalist lighting, and spacious layout. To add character, we introduced subtle accents of plum and designed custom furnishings that worked seamlessly with foldable windows, creating a fluid connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The project also presented unique challenges due to the building’s existing structure. Our team embraced these constraints by selecting furniture that aligned with the open-ceiling concept, ensuring the low ceilings and exposed beams became part of the aesthetic charm. Every piece was chosen with precision to maximize the perception of height and maintain the airy, inviting ambiance Mara is known for.
